Training
A comprehensive and ongoing training programme supports all VSc Solutions clients from day one of system implementation. Depending on the client’s specific requirements, we select the most appropriate training delivery method for a particular set of circumstances from two alternative approaches.
The first approach consists of our training staff conducting the training directly with the software end-user.
The other approach is where VSc Solutions staff 'train the trainers”. This involves VSc Solutions training staff providing key client staff with the material and skills necessary for conducting not only the initial system training, but also on-going training and first level user support on the system.
All our training staff are professionally skilled and all customer-training courses are designed and developed to fit our client’s specific requirements. This approach equips our clients with the knowledge and skills required to successfully exploit the VSc Solutions Suite from day one of live operation. We also provide all the documentation needed to operate the system effectively now, and in future.
