Onsite support

Once a project has been successfully delivered VSc understand that to ensure ongoing effective system operation, support is not restricted solely to a fully manned helpdesk.

Onsite support is also available from VSc, which can cover follow-up training and consulting across all areas of system.

Driver training and user training can be provided in either in a classroom environment or on a ‘train-the-trainer’ basis, as well as technical and system configuration courses, and additional post delivery consulting.

This is all provided by the same Customer Services team who provide the original system implementations.
