Our hosting centre is accredited to the ISO27001 security standards and adheres to the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, which implements provisions arising from an EC Directive on data protection in the communications sector (Directive 2002/58/EC).

The best-in-class infrastructure has full redundancy, backup and recovery; in addition to our primary server farm a full offsite secondary DR server farm is available for automated cutover in the case of a complete outage.

In terms of security the hosted environment utilises SSL3 for all internet portal logins and mobile device connections, and connectivity is guaranteed by employing multiple telecoms providers including BT and Virgin Media.
