Support

With modern high technology systems the boundaries between hardware, software, networks, applications and users are becoming increasingly blurred. VSc Solutions has many years of experience in providing seamless “Total Support Solutions”.

As a result, we can operate as a one-stop shop for support issues through our established relationships with a number of long-term solution partners.  Our Help Desk Team provides the first point of contact for all of our customer support requirements.  Using modern Call Management software and Work Flow systems we ensure that your support calls are professionally controlled and managed to closure.  We also insist on a Comprehensive Service Level Agreement to facilitate full understanding of everyone’s obligations; the clients, the solution partners and ourselves.

VSc Solutions helpdesk hours of operation are generally 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. However extended support hours can be provided to an agreed service level with an associated cost premium.

Proactive remote support of all active mobile data devices is provided by VSc Solutions. This ensures that a daily check is made to ensure all active units are operating normally and working as configured.
