Reducing driver administration time means that they spend more time out on the road and any driver issues that have occurred are best dealt with the same day.

Once the driver has logged off for the day, TranSend automatically generates driver end-of-day debrief reports comparing planned and actual activity for the day, highlighting missed stops and mileage exceptions.

The PDA system captures data at all stops on route and any exceptions including shortages, failed deliveries, planned and unplanned collections, damages accepted or rejected and, if required, drill-down into reason and photographs.
