Driver debrief

The PDA records driver log on and log off times, as well as depot depart time, arrival time back at depot and mileage.  This information is reported and included in the standard data export from TranSend to the client back end system.  Start and end odometer readings are captured on the PDA as well as GPS distance and fuel pumped.

Analysis of time and distance is provided in several reports; the Driver Debrief report is one example of how this data is used to report miles and time planned vs. actual mileage travelled and time worked. The information is also used in TranSend to analyse driver behaviour, including break times.
