Delivering the Customer Experience

The proof of delivery system allows customer service staff and customers to access to real-time information before, during and after delivery, such as:

  • Expected time or arrival and whether early, on time or late
  • Issues at the point of delivery
  • Debrief information once the driver has completed the delivery

The TranSend PDA application constantly reports job status and the GPS location of the vehicle to the TranSend reporting system. This enables rule-based customer updates via email or sms based on a vehicle leaving the previous customer or being a user-definable distance to the next stop.
