Customer service staff have all the information to hand needed to respond to delivery enquiries.

Real-time status of each route and each stop/delivery location and each job is held and reported in the TranSend system. Arrival at each stop/delivery location is recorded together with the progress of each individual job be it delivery, collection, or other services.
