Meet our Senior Management Team
David Cook, MD of VSc Solutions
David has worked in the IT industry for 28 years. He has wide-ranging experience of software companies having worked in customer support, project implementation and sales roles before moving into senior management. David co-founded OpenAccounts Ltd and held various managerial positions and key directorships during its growth from a small company to one employing over 100 people with a turnover in excess of £10M. He was appointed Managing Director in 1998 and over the following years helped to establish OpenAccounts as major player in the mid market with their award-winning Enterprise financials suite.
In 2004 OpenAccounts was acquired by the Cedar Group creating a software company with a combined turnover of £40M. David remained with the enlarged business for two years taking board level responsibility for group sales and marketing.
David was appointed Managing Director of VSc Solutions Ltd in May 2009.
Paul Janes, Finance Director
Paul is a Chartered Accountant who moved from the profession into the IT industry in 1988 working as a Finance Director.
Whilst having specialist knowledge of Finance within software companies Paul has also had Board level responsibility for professional services, customer support and development teams.
Paul was Finance Director of OpenAccounts plc playing a key role in its growth from a small company to one employing over 100 people with a turnover in excess of £10M and helping to establish OpenAccounts as a major player in the mid market with their award-winning Enterprise financials suite.
In 2004 OpenAccounts was acquired by the Cedar Group creating a software company with a combined turnover of £40M. Paul remained with the enlarged business for a year taking a board level role on the acquisitions team.
Paul was appointed Finance Director of VSc Solutions Ltd in May 2009.
Anthony Munro-Martin, Director
Previous to VSc Solutions, Anthony ran the Descartes Strategic Consulting organisation, was EMEA Practice Manager within the Manugistics Logistics and Supply-Chain group, has worked for Paragon, spent time as a consultant for PA Consulting Group and previous to that setup many of the IT systems for the in-house logistics organisation for the Beecham Group.
Anthony has considerable experience working in many sectors of supply chain. Key areas of focus include CPG, Retail, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and 3PL/4PL organisations. Major clients Anthony has worked with in the past include Exel Logistics, Hungarocamion, GIST, Norsk Hydro, British Steel, Emerson Power Systems, Ericsson and Si3.
